No doubt someone has had this issue and posted it before. I did a search and didn't find it but if a member has a link that would be great. I took the unit apart and couldn't see how to get to the underside of the knob to clean and re-lubricate it. Pretty sure that's all that is wrong but I would love to know how to get to the darn thing to fix it!
