Technics 7300 not working

I have a Technics 7300 where the left channel does not work correctly, regardless of whether I am trying to use the remote or main output. I have also tried different inputs to further verify that the problem is tied to the left channel output. As of now I have used Deoxit twice. The first time I neglected to use it on the internal fuses. After I corrected this on the second application, the second channel worked for about 15 minutes before it slowly decayed to no output on that side (there is some output that comes from the left speaker, but it is at the level of a whisper when I have the volume at 50%). When I fade to left only, the speaker still has the slight whisper of music. I am new to the world of vintage audio and would appreciate any advice you all might have in getting my receiver up and running.

Not yet, still only getting sound from one speaker. It's definitely an issue with the receiver, I just don't know how to fix it!
