Technics Audio Timer dim display

image.jpeg image.jpeg I picked up a Technics Audio Programmable Timer SH-4060 at a thrift store for $6.96. I didn't know what it was until I researched a bit. I just thought it was a cool, unusual vintage piece. I plugged it in and everything seems to work except that the display is so dim I can barely make out the characters.
Does anyone know of a fix for the dimness?
