So I picked up a circa 1990 Technics-everything set- receiver, tuner, eq, cassette deck, cd changer, and turntable which all fit perfect in a nice high density fiberboard cabinet with fold-up top. Technics as well. Everything is in excellent to mint condition. The best part of the package is an absolutely pristine set of A70 speakers. The only genre of music played on them was opera. Nothing else. The surround foams look newly replaced and even the glue line looks fresh. There isnt a scratch on the wood and absolutely no sign of aging or normal wear and tear on the fiber grilles. Any thoughts on the value as a complete set or the individual components? Very curious to hear thoughts on the A70s and general quality of this line of components. Thanks in advance.

A70 Floorstanding speakers-flawless.

Hey...nice score! I think for 225, you got a super deal. I'm typically a Pioneer guy (obviously), but I wouldn't have passed that up.
