Technics P22/P23 with Jico SAS?

I've got a pair of Technics p-mount cartridges (P22 and P23) with no stylus, and a Technics SL-M3 linear tracking turntable. JICO sells a SAS stylus for this cartridge for $97; has anyone tried the combination?

Out of my collection of p-mount cartridge bodies, it looks to be my best chance to add a SAS stylus to my collection.

I may try this yet, but if no one has any experience, I may put this project off until I get my bonus later in the year.
