Technics SA151 am/fm stereo receiver

Trying to repair my Technics SA 151 receiver/amp. Repaced the STK 4141 II but no luck. Suspect the (rectifier ?) Q705 mounted on heat sink next to the STK. Need to know the exact part name so I can replace it with the exact part. Do not have a schematic diagram available. Would appreciate if someone could help me.

There is a partial schematic for SA-150 (giving a part number 2SD1265 for transistor Q705) in this thread here. You should be able to confirm if that is correct if your part is labelled something like "D1265". The service manual for SA-151 appears to be available on hifiengine (registration required) so you may want to download that as well.
