I recently picked up a pair of Technics SB-7000A for $50. I tested them on the spot. One speaker works fine but the other has a blown tweeter and woofer. I'm looking for some advice where I can find both the tweeter and woofer. I've scoured Ebay and Craigslist with no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

All you can do is keep looking. I spent months trying to find a tweeter. They are a propriatery design and are made of unobtainium now.
I ended up using a 4 ohm tweeters with the range as the old ones. Won't have the same sound but you can get close.
I'm curious what you mean by blown. Is the woofer making no sound at all or are just referring to the damaged foam ring around the woofer?
If you own or can purchase a multimeter you can remove the drivers and test them for continuity. We can help!

Those were exspensive speakers in their day. I always wondered what they sounded like? I don't know anybody who bought them. Really rare. We'll see what your karma is like....

They sound really good with a 2X4 under the front pointing them up.

If it were me I'd start thinking about possibly finding a modern available replacement.. this will take some serious research and thinking to make it work but could be done. Otherwise you are stuck with them in non-working fashion until you can find an original replacement on eBay. That could take some time.
It's up to you. If you aren't in a hurry I'd set them aside and watch eBay for a set of replacements to come around.
As for the sound, they do sound very nice. My dad has a set that I gave him and I enjoy listening to them, no fatigue and they have a great presentation. Not your everyday speaker

The the voice coil on the woofer is burned. Sound comes out but the bass is buzzing. With the sound off I gently pushed the woofer in and out and heard scrapping.
I checked the continuity on the tweeter and get nothing.

If sound comes out of it is is not burned, it could just need the voice coil aligned. I have removed the dust cover and done this myself and saved the driver before.

What you can do is use the search link at top, left click on it, and a drop-down will appear, at the very bottom of drop down it says advanced search, click on that, then it'll take you to a search options page. Type gordonw in the search by username box, then below that you see a "find" option, click on the threads started option, and it'll take you to another page with all his threads, you'll then be able to click on his username and it'll take you to his member page.

try rotating the driver 180 degrees.
eventhough the surrounds might LOOK ok, they will need to be replaced. they sag with time.
it's also possible the spider has come loose a bit from the basket assembly, causing the VC to sag.
now what's the issue with the tweeter. Have you taken that out yet.
seems to me, you have a working set of speakers that need some freshening up.
