Technics SL-1300 wont spin with torque

No unfortunately not, I really don't know what to do at this point as I have replaced almost every part in the turntable. The fuse isn't blown but I may replace it just because its one of the only things I haven't changed yet.
 
I know that this is a very old thread, but I would like to give my two cents.
I fixed my SL-1300 (MK1) which had the same symptoms- the platter would not turn with the Start engaged. Both fuses were OK. Transformer was OK. The two switches were OK.
The culprit in my Technics was TR3 - a 2sc828A. Replaced with a KSC1815YTA. This solved my problem.
I also recapped the turntable as some of the caps measured pretty bad.
