Technics SL-15 Repair guy??

Hello! I have a technics SL-15 that keeps "auto returning" randomly in the middle of songs ...looking for someone who can troubleshoot or repair it . I'm in Northern CA.

I had my electronics whiz buddy give it a diagnostic...not solved...must be sensing the record is over in middle of track for some reason...
