Technics SL 3210 vs. Technics SL 5200

Hello everybody! I want to buy a turntable and i found these two pieces and i dont know wich one is better.
SL 3210 whit 270C cartrige (price 169 euro)

SL 5200 - i think is a Grado cartrige, cover scratched,( price 80 euro)

I'd definitely buy the SL-5200 because it has quartz lock. That guarantees accurate speed. I have an SL-5350 and it's rock solid. The light to help with manually placing the stylus on the record is nice too. I'm not familiar with the cartridges you listed.
