Technics SL-7 P cart differences (22, 24, ect.)

I just picked up a SL-7 and want to change the Ort. to a Jico boron stylus. Since im in the U.S., it's difficult for me to find one. I see a lot of P-22, P-24, and so on. What is the difference between these? Do any of you have one for sale?

Ok. So, found a P23 cart and ordered a Jico SAS.

I would like to know what you think of it when it arrives. Should be pretty darn good.

I plan to do that. I ordered a standard diamond tip stylus for when I play less than VG albums. I'm positive that there will be a difference.
