Technics SL-B20 Cords

Hey, everyone. I just received a Technichs SL-B20 that seems to be in solid condition, but it came without cords. There seems to be a few options for replacements, but I cannot tell which are correct. Can anyone help me find the correct power cord, rca with ground, or separate ground wire?

Go to vintage-electronics.net. Bob has the cords. Pay attention to the shape of the power cord. One is rounded on both ends and one has one square and one rounded side. The ground cord is listed as technics ground cord. ( no affiliation )

It may very well be operator error, but I can’t seem to find either the cord or ground wire on this site. Do you happen to have a direct link?

The power cord is quite common. Similar ones are often used on portable radios and other gear. Thrift stores can be a good bet.

The RCA can be any patch cord though the type will vary and could impact sound quality. It's best to use shorter rather than longer and shielding helps reduce potential noise. You could use RGB video cables quite effectively.

The ground wire can be made easily. The pin inserted in the turntable end is pretty much the same diameter as the center of an RCA plug. Also, a bit of 14 gauge household wire can be folded double and twisted to make a pin. From there to the amplifier can be any wire.

I would have sworn I purchased them from Bob in the past, may be worth an email to him. Or look on eBay. Plenty of Technics oval power cords and ground cords there. You just need regular RCA cords for the audio.
