Technics SL1800 MK2 HELP

I just purchased console with a Technics 1800 in it. Fairly new to this but a few questions.

1. Cartridge was Damaged when item was received. Any suggestions on a fairly priced replacement?

2. Dust cover is missing. Any idea where I can purchase a replacement?

3. The power button is stuck on. Any suggestions on how to get it to function properly?
