Technics SU-V98 quit working, screen displays weird, cannot select input, no sound

I recently acquired a Technics SU-V98 to accompany my SL-B3 turntable. It has been working great for the past couple weeks until last night. When turned on, the screen displays randomly or not at all. None of the input selectors light up, and I am not getting any sound. After a minute or so, the screen goes dark. If left unplugged for an hour or so and started back up, the screen turns on for a few seconds like normal and then repeats the process.

Just as a background, I have the technics pre-out running to a Sony BDV-E770 home theater system with a built in amp. The preamp has not been hot or showing any other (noticeable) signs of concerns prior to this. Any thoughts on if this set up could be causing my issue?

Figured I would throw this one out there to the experts (I am not one) before I start doing some basic troubleshooting. Please let me know if there is anything obvious I am missing. Pretty new into this stuff. Any ideas on what could be going wrong or any common things I should look for is much appreciated!

Thanks!

Yeah this’ll be the +15V rail

Check joints around the regulators and associated components…. Also connector packs from main to front board.
