Finally found period correct speakers for my vintage Technics gear. Almost mint SB-6000a's

They appear to be time aligned, do they have a box grill for the top or are they normally left open like in your photo? My first serious piece of audio gear was a Technics SU-8044, bought in late 1978, early 79. They made solid quality gear, and that is a nice system you've assembled. Enjoy!

they have the boxed grills and front grills as well, I leave them off sometimes because I think they look cool. Amazingly accurate and bright sounding speakers.
