Telefunken Record Player

[trhelmers]

There's a Telefunken Record player on craigslist for 35$. I'm not sure what the model is, or very much on the telefunken brand besides some quick internet research. Just wondering if this is something i should jump on or if I should let it be.

Personal Preference.. a few people around here are fools for this stuff.. A lot of us aren't. I wouldn't play my LPs on that personally.. Is a cool old player though...

Thats a bit of a dinasaur for quality reproduction. They have made much better tables since the 60's.

One note on Telefunken tables is that if it has a stock 3 pin DIN output plug, It most likely is a hi level signal out which is what Tele receivers and amps accept.
Not so good for mix matching components for hi end audio.

It looks like they have been changed to old style metal RCA.
