Telefunken S 300D for $125. Fair Price?

I have the opportunity to buy a Telefunken S 300D for $125 through a colleague from work. Is this a reasonable price? He inherited it from an elderly German woman and according to him it appears to be in fantastic condition but he has never actually played it. As such I am going to demo it before purchasing it.

I am also having trouble finding any information on this model which makes me a little nervous as far as finding compatible spare parts and information on repairs. Cosmetically it looks almost identical to the Telefunken S 100B but I was unable to find much information on that model either. Anyone familiar with this TT able to provide me some insight?

I had the belt drive equivalent a couple years back, the S100B. Despite the name "Telefunken" it is indeed a Japanese made turntable. I have no idea who the OEM was but, the auto-return mechanism were the exact same thing as those found on Kenwood turntables.

So is $125 fair price? Yep, I think so.
