I've seen quite a few Youtube videos on record stamping, and even a "How It's Made" TV show, but this is a new one, so I thought I'd share:

How a vinyl record is made
Vinyl sales are at their highest for 12 years. The Telegraph went to the old EMI record manufacturing unit in Hayes, Middlesex, bought by retailer The Vinyl Factory, and saw that the process has changed very little in recent years.

'Labels are struggling to find ways to make artists profitable,” says the gallery’s manager Sean Bidder, “and this is the opposite of a model based on high-volume sales. There will never be a return to vinyl as a mass-market product, so it’s got to be niche.”

Doubtful. I think most know it's a niche. Is it a sustainable niche? That's the question. It won't ever be mainstream again.
