Tesla NZC 160 with Unitra MF 104 tracking force too big

My best friend has this Tesla NZC 160. Working great, sounding great in our opinion.
This uses Unitra MF 104 cart.
Looking on the Internet, this cart has a tracking force 1.5g (1.2 to 1.7g) according to https://www.vinylengine.com/library/unitra/mf-104.shtml

Now I used my digital scale and that read 3,10 g. Why?
I could not see anything to reduce the tracking force to 1,5 g...

What can be done to have the tracking force diminished as the cart's specs?

What about that black blob of cylindrical mass at the rear of the tonearm? I'm pretty sure it's a counterweight. Doesn't it move/slide/screw in/out to balance the tonearm? Look... if you can balance the tonearm using the counterweight so it floats parallel to the platter - it can be done and you either missed it or your scale is off. If it doesn't balance, you'll need to use an auxiliary counterweight to add mass to the existing one.

I tried move/slide/screw in/out that blob but it doesn't move at all. My scale is not off.

I totally understand.
Next time I am going to visit him I will look for it.

But, if I add some drops of hot glue on the margin of the counterwight with the hot gun, could that help the tonearm to be pulled back and to ease the tracking force?

Hey guys, we managed to move the weight as you wrote above!
Evrything is so fine now. Thank you so much, it was so easy!
