Does anyone here have any knowledge of a speaker manufacturer called "Beta" that were made in Texas (Dallas, I think)? I once had a pair of their big floor-standing units in rosewood veneer. They were loaded with two of those old piezo-tweeters for the high-end, an 8" mid and a 15" woofer. I listened to mostly rock recordings on them at thunderous levels and they sure could take the punishment. Just curious.
