Robert,

We do not have a template in-house for your tone arm. Wedidfindthe following on the Vinyl Engine website however. If you look at the AT1010 and the AT1100 specs, the dimensions for mounting the arms are the same.Youshould be able to use the template from the1010 for the 1100. I am attaching a PDF of the mounting template for the AT1010. It must be printed at 100% and not scaledin order to work properly. Please note there is one difference in the specs for the 1010 and this is the mounting pattern (MP) specification. This is the size of the opening required in the turntable for the arm. The AT 1100 requires a21mm hole, not a 23mm hole.

Interesting that AT is using VE as a source. Nice to see all the hard work by the contributors to the knowledge base on the web is being put to good use.

Nice of them to give a thoughtful reply, unfortunately becoming a bit of a rarity these days.

+1... always nice to see a manufacturer being helpful and Vinyl Engine is such a fantastic resource
 :thmbsp:

I had an issue with an AT product a few years ago and called up the service department at their USA HQ. I found them to be extremely helpful and pleasant, and they very willingly took care of the problem pronto.

I suspect that at least some of this quality customer service is a result of being a Japanese company.
