AK subscriber krimeny was nice enough to send me a partially functional KEF Kube 102 for my 102 Reference Series speakers. Had one bad TL072 IC. Lucked out & it was the first IC in the circuit chain. Traced it out with a scope in just a few minutes. Was a pain to replace. The positive and negative traces are on the front side of the board with the rest on the bottom. Had to desolder both sides since the holes weren't through plated. Also had to remove surrounding capacitors in order to gain access to the top traces. Used Techspray desoldering wick with an old Ungar 9000 soldering station to desolder the pads. Worked great.

Anyway, my 102's finally sound the way they're supposed to. Amazing bass for such a small speaker.
