The above individuals are familiar to many of us. Some names are regularly cited, a few are new to the list, and a couple are making their first appearance. Congratulations to you all. You are a valued part of our community, and our membership has commended you for your contributions, not just to the technical information, but also to the spirit of our community.
If your nominee is absent from the list, please visit this post. I did not take that action lightly.
Again, this year, the race was close. Honourable mention goes to the member who finished a close second.
Mystic
Many of our fellow members spoke of your vast musical knowledge, as well as your contributions in other topics, like Musical Instruments. Hale fellow, well met.
Without further adieu, I come to the subject of this post. This year's selection, as Member of the Year, is a perennial nominee, reknowned for his technical expertise, and his generous sharing of that knowledge. His name is added to the list of technicians who have contributed to the knowledge base of Audiokarma. More importantly, he has helped others enjoy their music through his efforts in leading others through their own repairs. It is with great pleasure that I announce to you, the winner of the Audiokarma Member of the Year for 2020,
dcgillespie
Thank you, Dave, for all you have brought to our community. I am honoured to be in your company, among past winners.
