Did you know that FZ was the result of a military/industrial complex weapons experiment? He was, sort of.

For the answer to this and many other questions about Frank Zappa that probably never occurred to you, PM me a mailing address and I'll send you my copy of "The Frank Zappa Book". I only request you pass it along to someone else (that's actually interested) when you're done.

Be advised if you don't move his book on down the road, FZ has agreed to inflict a case of stinkfoot on you that cannot be cured even if you do get that python boot off.

Update: "The Frank Zappa Book" has begun its' journey through AKdom. I hope it eventually gets to everyone that's interested.

It's the best book ever written

Any self-respecting music fan would be a fool to pass it up. FZ's comments on Rock n' Roll and the biz that sells it are unforgettable.
You'll also get to know what Quaalude Thunder is. (You've probably heard it a thousand times)
 
I bought a copy of the Frank Zappa Book when I was at the beach in 1993 and pretty much picked the book up the next day and did not put it down until I was finished that afternoon. I think I re-read it a year or so later. Fantastic book!!! I love the fact that for his birthday one year he asked to call Edgar Varese. I am sure that surprise Varese quite a bit.
 
Everything about him was(is) too much. Did anybody out there see Dweezil and Moon Unit's cooking show on the Food Channel?

It would seem that no area of human endeavor hasn't been touched by the Zappa Vibe.

A very Karmic offer indeed. I know of some AK subscribers here that are also huge Zappa fans, but the trouble with rabid fans is they always seem to have or have read it already.

Hopefully, someone will take you up on your kind offer and agree to pass it on.
