The Masterlu Sticky

Hey guys this is a great idea if we can pull it off. Everyone's expressions are very important so lets use this thread to share them in regard to the "Big Mac Meet".

But as for the masterlu sticky, why don't we try and keep it confined to just a list of names for accurate information as regards an attendee list?

From California to North Carolina to Belgium.

We've got 7 months or so to go so there's certainly no rush. Count the cost, meditate on some good planning and hopefully many can make a firm committment. Six confirmed Macmaniacs so far already.

Perhaps every couple of weeks or so someone could throw a comment in this thread to bring it back to the top of page 1 as a friendly reminder and to grab the attention of a possible new comer that may overlook the masterlu sticky.

????

What Actual days are we talking about here and how far south in "South Florida" are we going? You can PM me the city if you want. It sounds like a good idea though. It would make for a nice first long ride of the season and I haven't been in Florida since the Daytona 200 in 1975.

Memorial Day is going to fall on Monday May 26th. What do you guys think about gathering together on Saturday May 24th? That would leave us two days to get back home and relax a bit before returning to the daily grind home or even spend a little time the next day depending on how things work out.

Perhaps a some feedback on this is in order.

Ivan, do you have a preference on which day or days? And in to what airport and city should we be planning on arriving?

Long Ride? Daytona?

Sounds like a fellow Harley man to me.

Every Harley 'man' should be required to visit the York, Pa final assembly line....what an experience!:thmbsp::yes:

A four hour drive from NYC......with a heavy foot:D

Nope, been there done that back in 89. I'd be coming in on a 04 Moto Guzzi LeMans. :D It's 1280 miles from my house to Melbourne Florida which is half way down the Atlantic side.

Saturday sounds perfect! :thmbsp:

It's still a V-twin so you can stay. :D

But the V is facing the wrong way! Doesn't that make you feel like your always going down the road sidways? :scratch2:

That would be an excellent ride my friend. How about I meet you on I95 and we team up the rest of the way. Just remember to keep the reins pulled in that pony of yours. I hear those Guzzi's run pretty good. :thmbsp:

Any other bikers want in on this?

I'm flexible on the day. You need to plan to fly into Ft. Lauderdale Airport. I am 20 minutes from there.
