The motor of the Philips AG 2230 turntable does not start. Help me please

I ask for advice, dear inhabitants of the forum. I bought this turntable today, it looks great, but the motor won’t start. The power cord is not broken, voltage is supplied to the motor terminals. The lower bearing is lubricated, but the motor does not work.

Is the coil on one side of the motor burned? It looks that way in the first photo. If so, and if there is an interwinding short, that will stop the motor. Does the motor get very hot, and is there any hot or burning odor coming from it when it's running?

Yes. I already checked with a multimeter. The coil does not ring. When voltage is applied, the motor does not heat up and does not smell burnt. I take it this turntable is dead? Or is it possible to revive it by replacing it with a motor from something else?

On a suspicious coil, the multimeter shows a resistance of tens of megaohms. Apparently the coil burned out and the wire in it broke. Now I don’t know if it is possible to rewind the coil, as this is done with a burnt-out transformer. Or is this complete nonsense.
