Jimmy Buffett, album "A1A", 1974. It's the name of the album. Also in the song "Trying to Reason with Hurricane Season"..."strolling down the avenue that's known as A1A."
You may be right, but that's not the reference I had in mind! Hint: You need to figure out the street name and house number to get to the solution.

How 'bout 461 Ocean Blvd? Clapton, '74 (interestingly, the same year as the Buffett).

In 1970, Plant, Page and the rest of the band retreated to a cottage at Bron-yr-Aur inside the Snowdonia wilderness area in Wales and it is believed that most of the songs "Led Zepelin III" album were created here, including the namesake song on the album. I believe Plant still maintains a residence in the area.

The hint "No longer derelict" refers to that the cottage, after having sat empty for years, again is in regular use.

PS! Where do you get these incredible waypoints from, Jfine? They are sufficiently accurate that one could grab the GPS and drive straight to the front door!

Wow you got that one. I just left click and get the directions to here, and it gives me the coordinates.

Easy one.

Yeah, but how do you know about this exact location in the first place?

Here's another one - a venue that defined an era and a genre (no copy and paste needed - just click - why didn't I think of that from the outset? :scratch2: ): Name of venue. Bonus: Give the names of some of the typical celebrity regulars.
