Audiophile Quality Record Collection
Majority Are Rock & Jazz With A Bit of Blues and R&B
There Are 180 Sealed, Many Promos, Hot Stampers, And Much More!

I have been collecting vinyl since the 60's having had 100K LPs over the years. All have been sold except what is being offered here. This is the core of my lifelong collection...vintage vinyl that I kept for my own enjoyment. All stored vertically in climate controlled location. All have inner sleeves and 3 mil outer poly. These are audiophile quality...some very desirable artists / recordings. There are 180 still sealed. As far as the open copies go I have used Goldmine Standards for many years. The condition ranges from NM to EX with a group of VG+. My focus has been US 1st pressings, UK 1st pressings, Japanese 1st pressings w / OBI, MFSL, "Hot Stampers", Robert Ludwig, Porky Pecko and autographs. All are noted in a spreadsheet which can be filtered. Use the horizontal scroll bar to view all columns. Simply copy and paste the URL address below into your browser to view the spreadsheet.

This has been an enjoyable life long hobby. Due to my age, I have decided to let them go to another analog fan. The value of each and every LP comes from actual eBay closing prices. The total is over $60,000. My price for a quick sale is $22,500. I will not break them up. For true analog collectors you will appreciate the value in this group. It would take a large amount of money and a tremendous amount of time to duplicate what I'm offering. It could not be done at my asking price. If interested, email me your first name and telephone number. I will contact you. This is a great opportunity for serious vinyl collectors

That's very much like the collection I left behind 25 years ago.

The only people interested in buying a collection like that are dealers and he is asking too much if the value is only 60k, 10-15 would be a sweet but very long and time consuming flip

A little math based on gross assumptions.

His pricing is retail IMHO (and then some). Awesome collection but not even close to a reasonable price. Even if all the collection is wonderful and rare (as Dazaa pointed out) selling will take a very long time if the average purchase price is $7.38 based on my local area.

Seems high on valuation and hassle and low on details for the asking price. I have my doubts about this statement:

The value of each and every LP comes from actual eBay closing prices.
