The Upgrade Company...anyone have any experience?

I stumbled onto the website of The Upgrade Company the other evening. They to list a series of "signature" upgrades they do for a number of McIntosh pieces...preamps, amps etc.

Anyone have experience with their modded McIntosh work? Legit work or snakeoil?
