Thiel CS 2.2 Woofer Issue (Advice?)

So I'm working on a pair of Thiel CS 2.2s and the woofer just won't stop farting/bottoming out.

They're both OEM woofers and I have an OEM replacement and it does the same thing as the old driver.

There are no tears from the cone to the spider, the voice coil isn't rubbing, there's no sag in either driver, they both test within spec with the multimeter, and they sound fine at low volume.

30Hz tone test makes this ghastly flapping sound, and turning anything with heavier bass on causes this to happen. Meanwhile; the other speaker sounds great at all volumes.

I've already repaired the surrounds on the passive radiator that were flapping around.

I'm at a loss, anybody have any ideas?

Could this be a crossover issue?

What you describe sounds like infrasonic rumble. What are you using to generate the 30Hz tone? And does the problem go away when you increase the frequency? Are there any air leaks from a bad driver seal? And just to be sure the amp might not be the culprit, have you exchanged speakers left to right?

I'm using my computer aux out into the receiver via RCA. I've never had an issue with other speakers. It lessens when the frequency is increased but does not completely go away until higher. I feel no air leaks around any driver and popped them all out and replaced them to be sure, the Thiels are built like tanks, just a rock. The amp is not the culprit as I have swapped speakers.

The only thing I haven't done is desoldered each woofer and swapped them to see if the problem follows as they are so darn heavy, that and the only thing I haven't been able to check is the plate for the plugs underneath to see if it's completely sealed.
