Nice list of stuff for sure.

I would like to have the Sherwood integrated amp.

I've contacted him so we'll see. There is some large money in certain parts of NH with software developers located in and around Henniker. He/She certainly has a few very nice items listed, but we'll see what sort of $$ he wants for the 500b in unstated condition. I think that for the pieces that he has prices listed, they seem fair (no scores here) assuming decent and operational condition.

I did ask about those (amongst a few others)! The Fisher, obviously, caught my attention. But also, the Snells, Polks and KLH 5's were near the top of my inquiry.

I have a pair of Snell K/II's and they are some of the best I've heard...

Well, he's asking $365 for the 500b. It is tested, but unrestored and has the original Fisher branded 7591's and he's ordered new knob brights. That price is without a cabinet. He is having a new cabinet made utilizing the original screen. The price will be $465 with the new cab.

He's asked me to call him this evening which I will do.

I'm mad again, I like to be in this guy house to see what da hell he actually listen to. I just wonder what is his primary system

I've spoke with him a couple times in the past. He seems like a nice guy with a ton of knowledge.
We haven't connected on anything yet but it's bound to happen.

I spent ~2 hours on the phone with him last night. Very personable, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to talk with. He's in his early 60's and worked in the audio industry as a sales rep and a manufacturer's rep for many years. He's worked with, and knew, many of the greats: Henry Kloss (had some very interesting things to say about him!), Paul Klipsch, Saul Marantz, Avery Fisher, Jon Dahlquist, Matthew Polk, Carl Marchisotto, Sandy Gross to name but a few. An extremely interesting gentleman to speak with. The depth of his historical, audio knowledge is amazing.

I haven't purchased anything from him yet, but the KLH 5's he has look very nice.
