This IS Spartaaaa!!! (with Harman Kardon Citation I )

[sixthday]

Sparta, NJ sale this weekend. Saturday only ! So I think most of us will have a chance.

Other than the HK tube, anything else interesting?

[swechsler]

An early Akai RTR, maybe interesting to a collector.

[WhiteSE]

I love most of it....I like the Cylinder players

[KiM3Ce]

I believe that Akai has tube amps inside that folks like to harvest. I think Cactus Bob or Omegaman has some.

[sixthday]

Yeah. This looks like a collector's house. I am not expecting to get those high rollers but, maybe, there are hidden treasures.

Best of all ! It starts on Saturday !

[jcamero]

I'd check the work bench area of the house for electronic odds and ends. I bet their are speakers in the house not photographed.

The "Equipto" green multi drawer cabinet is a high dollar piece! That brand is TOTL and expensive!

Would be great for small stuff and tools for an electronic workshop. And for tube storage...

[Sam08861]

Is that the cabinet with the bowl of crack pipes on top? Or perhaps the guy was a chemist. Like Walter White.

Jokes aside, that is nice, as is the nickel slot machine, scale/weight set and sword.

[Leland47]

LOL, yea, I didn't think about those pieces...Laboratory Equipment.

Seriously....if anyone here goes to this Estate Sale....please buy me that gigantic Pyrex pitcher with the metal band and glass handle. (sitting on top of the green Equipto drawer cabinet) I will pay for it. You can just message me....and then drop it off at some UPS package and ship place...and let me know the phone #. ( if it has a pouring part in the lip...and is in OK shape...I can't tell from the picture...)

That would make a cool drip coffee maker ...

[sixthday]

Yeah. I will go there the afternoon and see if it is still there

[Leland47]

Anyone go to this Estate Sale?

[nj pheonix]

Worked
Other side of state anyway.
I didn't see this thread until now

[sixthday]

Went there around noon. Unfortunately all gone except the reel to reel

Anyone go to this Estate Sale?

[Leland47]

Thanks. Hope you enjoyed the outing anyway.

Akai M7. The M7/M8 tube amps have a cult following.
