Score? Dunno... well it is basically a working tube rig for $35 so how can I go wrong.

I have had literally 0 time to inspect it, just took a few photos for the masses. Sounds pretty good actually.

Anyone recognize this?

The lady told me her cat used to sleep inside when it was turned on, yikes. Christmas vacation comes to mind.

Thanks Greg.

I have that receiver, but mine doesn't have the "reverse, stereo, mono" switch. I bypassed the tone controls and recapped it. The mids and highs are amazing, but the bass is weak and flabby, at least on all the speakers I own. Mine had a hard-wired loudness circuit.

Unfortunately it is much less attractive in person, however it does sound pretty solid. I am going go tinker with it here shortly.

I was wondering if anyone was going to mention things in the background.

Wheels; Freshly refinished Stitch riverside wheels 17x8&9 that go on my 240sx.

Trans; Nissan 300zxtt trans, which bolts to my rb25det with a bellhousing swap. I was keeping it as a spare but have sold it. Buyer will arrive next week to wisk it away!

I had it plugged in in the garage tonight with a cd player plugged into the tape inputs.. sounds better than the junk that is out there now. That stuff, old ass 25wpc jvc receiver & a pair of crappy big KLH floor speakers from my brothers first stereo.

I may hang it upside down from the ceiling... how do you guys feel about that one? lol
