Thoughts on Grado ZT+?????

Always check out the cartridges on the TT sitting in the thrifts and found a Grado ZT+ on a Kenwood KD52FB so went ahead and picked it up. Anyone have any experience with it? Is it worth spending the bucks for a new needle?

Depends. If you're looking for a competent backup cartridge, then the ZT+ could fit the bill. Its not one of Grado's top performers, but if you don't have great aspirations for it, then by all means go for a new stylus. A replacement stylus is only about $30.

I have an older XT+ and put a Green stylus on it , sounds pretty good .
