  • "aja", an abc pressing with a union jack in the deadwax.
  • "two tribes" by frankie goes to hollywood.
  • "whipped cream and other delights", herb, bought it for the cover :D
  • "gaucho", an early pressing (compared with a second copy at the shop, it was obviously earlier from mca) with the quote "WELL WORTH WAITING FOR -- BILBO TA1PE" in the deadwax on side 1, "BILBO" there on side 2.
  • "JT", james taylor, looks like it was just unwrapped.
  • "relax", by frankie goes to hollywood, 12" 45rpm "single"
  • "aaron copland: works for piano 1926-1948", played by copeland, bernstein, and smit (mono, on "new world records")
  • "in through the out door", zep, with its original brown bag in great shape, dirty but unscratched album, with "strawberry" and "pr" in both deadwaxes
  • "on campus", by john lee hooker, an old vee jay pressing
  • "led zeppelin II", great shape, mastered by "SLM", 1977 pressing if i read the deadwax correctly
  • mozart quintets (c maj. k 515 and g min. k 516), budapest string quartet, columbia masterworks 6i.

  • "going for the one", by yes, looks unplayed.
all for a grand total of $23.00 and if i'd been there yesterday, i could have gotten it for half (damn!).

i left a second copy of gaucho, a couple of greatful dead, a john renbourne, plus some tull, adrian belew, and albert king because the vinyl was in pretty bad shape.

makes for my second copies of both dan albums, and the led zeppelin II. :banana:

very good score. is the "gaucho" a robert ludwig master? it'll say "RL" in the deadwax somewhere. also "SLM" on the led zep refers to shefield lab matrix which i believe was a processing plant for stampers in the 70's.
