Thrift Store Gold???

My thrift stores usually have junk , and It’s marked very high in price . Keep looking ehh !!!
My friend wife won’t allow him to even have satellite speakers , her nickname I gave her was the Fuhrer”.

He should've picked a better wife, won't let him? He should go buy that set of satellite speakers and tell her to just deal with it. Otherwise she'll just keep exerting her dominance. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely

At least where I live they do put the price on all components when there are more than one that go together, but the price is for all pieces. Some now will go through the trouble of labeling them 1of2 2of2, and so on. Many of their employees do not have much work experience and I see inconsistency between stores just in my area, I imagine it gets worse spread out over many different areas.
Stores in my area were told to price EVERY item separately, even if they’re part of a set like speakers or a set of patio furniture.

That is strange, particularly since sometimes it isn't always clear if different things are part of a set or not. For example, a set of speakers was being sold with a center channel speaker that was if a different brand, but they were donated together so we're being sold together. They were labeled as 1, 2, and 3 of 3. Of course in this particular case the center channel could have been sold separately but this is the only specific example I still recall clear enough to try making any sort of point. But to mark things individually that are clearly a set, that just boggles my mind. Can't imagine what their thinking is on that. Strange indeed
