That's funny, cause I remember many years ago I saw a review (Stereo Review, or maybe Stereophile) for a Krell amp in which the reviewer demonstrated the amps power and robustness by feeding it a 1 KHz test tone and using the ouput to weld two pieces of plate steel together. I recall one of the comments as "This setup makes for a pretty efficient plasma tweeter". LOL
