I may have missed it, but is there a final date when i have to confirm?

I'd love to attend and visit Florida but i have something that clashes. not impossible to sort, but i need a little time. what's the leeway on this for final confirmation?

I will say by March 1st, I need to give the Caterer a final head count. I am estimating 50-75 people, but would like it to be as accurate as possible. There are 18 other people confirmed that are not on AK (Company Execs, My Mac Dealer, and a few special guests)

Would love to be there but, there is a "higher calling" this time of year, that surpasses even the Sirens Song known as McIntosh and that is the God of snow and all things skiing!!!

How far are you from Naples?

I think I'll be down there in april to visit my parents. I could bring a few Aurora Preferidos Robusto's and some Eddie Cleanhead Vinson to spin on your new TT.

Okay I am finalizing my plans and I want to be sure I am booking the right hotel and airport. I am guessing that Ft Lauterdale airport and the coral springs marriott hotel is this correct?
