Tobin Mod in NY/NJ

I have a pair of Bozak 302A Urbans with the original crossovers. The tweeters on one of them are no longer working. I know they are are fine because when I send a signal directly to the tweeter they seem fine. I assume there is a problem with the old paper caps or the internal wiring.

I have read good things about the Tobin mods to the crossover and would like to find someone in the NY/NNJ area to do the work.

Please let me know if anyone out there is interested.
