Was looking for info on the Tobin mods, the 104t, they look pretty basic. However the inductor on the mid is 1.1 mh, doesn't that translate to about 1200 crossover point? That does not seem right. I'm new to this so what am I missing? thanks John

That’s right. B209b and b209bc have impedance spikes. The closer they get to 2500hz, factory point, the louder they get. At 1200, they gently slide up the where the tweeters come in. =drivers balanced.
Do not use tobins tweeter circuit. Just use 8uf cap and 8ohm l pad, wire to instructions in the box.

So by using the 1.1mh inductor, I will get a crossover point of 2500 where it will roll off? If I used a .65 mh inductor would that give me a crossover point of about 3000? Man I got a lot to learn. Thanks John
Pat Tobins “mod” is mostly factory settings rejiggered. The 1.1mH should give you a ceiling on the mid of 1200hz. That’s what you want. Crossing a B209b mid at 2500hz will unbalance your highs and mids, it’ll hurt your ears.
