NICE. Funny I was in the "and more thread" and was unable to contribute to yet another Tull discussion (or similar, at least in not a meaningful way) ..... so was about to create a thread like this one. Did a quick scan of the threads on the first couple pages and nearly missed this one yet again. NICE.

The 70's and 80's version of this sort of covered it but I always felt kinda guilty sneaking in some Stone Roses or Radiohead under the "alternative" clause. Thought it was time to freshen it up and add the three decades since, which seem hopelessly under represented (do a 00's search....Hint: this is it!).

The indie thread sort of covered it but that's more for Youtube postings with new and old discoveries.

Got to see them live back on the ok computer tour in manchester 98,been on my list to see again for ages, when they last came down here there wasn't many shows and tickets went in seconds.

Entirely agreed. Albums of more recent paramount importance. :)

You're welcome Joe.

It's nice to see a few pages of "my kind (and era) of music" and it's gained a bit of traction. I'm grateful to those who have joined in.

I’ve got some fun stuff to post in this thread! :)

I’m finishing up the new Braxton LP now and have some 90s stuff ready to post! :)

I just posted a Facebook thingy asking folks what album always reminds them of me or someone else we know..... Have already gotten back some gems, a bunch of stuff I completely forgot about, like this one that I love at the time that a friend from High school posted. Hahahaha.
