Today's score? Boston A100 and EPI 110

Word is starting to get around the neighborhood about my obsession. Today a neighbor cleeaning out her attic gave me the above-referenced speakers as part of her spring cleaning. All four need new foam, but otherwise are in very nice condition, almost minty. I tried out the drivers at low volume, just to make sure everything worked and they did without any vc rub. One of the A100's has a lot more bass, even at low volume, so I'm thinking a re-cap might be in order as well, or maybe the gaps in the foam changed things too much. Anyway, since I don't have any experience with these particular brands, was today a score, or just two more pairs of "average" speakers? Both companies have good reputations, but I'm interested to see what you folks think about them.

Both are good speakers. The price was right. You get to do some refoams and some cap changes. Do some searches here on EPI upgrades - not tough. The BA's will come out well too. You dun good :)
