Today's "White Trash Party" Playlist

Southern Culture on the Skids celebrate white trash like no other. If you have never been to a SCOTS show, go when you can. It's a great white trashy time and they even throw fried chicken into the audience during 8 Piece Box. I've been to 4 of their concerts. Would have been more but they don't come up north that often.
I have experienced that personally. It's great, white trash fun!

Saw them at the Bowery Ballroom NYC around 2000. Watched a girl really get into dirty dancing. Funny how i found them, just searching the racks at my local library, i found Dirt Track Date in a section for folk music. I guess that's a "cultural" thing. Among my favorites are the way Mary Huff sings "Firefly", "Fried Chicken and Gasoline" . He plays a great surf guitar. Can't remember them all of the top of my head but Dirt Track Date is about as flawless as any of my best music. oh yeah, and "My house has wheels"
