Tonearm Identification

I recently bought a bunch of stereo gear that included a vpi hw-19 that had been upgraded to an eminent technologies et-2 tonearm. There were some extra turntable parts that came in the deal including this tonearm pictured below. The seller believed it was the one the et-2 tonearm replaced but didn’t know anything else about it. If someone is able to help me identify it, I’d be grateful. Thanks, in advance, for any help.

Sumiko MMT. Very good tonearm. The cap on the top is for damping fluid which makes some cartridges sound better.

CORRECT, my LAD 200 has a similar looking jelco sa-370 on it, that may be the same one. excellent arm
