Triac for a McIntosh 1900

With out going to Mcintosh can anyone tell me where I can get a triac McIntosh part # 131-005 for the driver board. It is made by Motorola but does not have any reference numbers on it so I don't know what would be a replacement part.

I see that this thread is eons old, but I though I'd post anyway as this information would have been useful to me. I'm restoring a Mac 1900 and I just purchased two of the triacs part number 131-005 from McIntosh for $20 each. They sent me NTE 5623 which can be found for less than $5 each.

Yes this triac is MAC11-2 and no more available !

NTE 5611 is the one I use

Thank you for your thread for Mac part number 131-005 and replacement NTE5623. Like wise I am starting in on a MA6100 (preamp/amp) with an overheat problem... You have save me many hours research for a $3.38 part!
