I have the Kenwood/Trio TK-150A (same as KA-2000). But my Ge transistor were blown a few years ago due to my mistake.
So I need to replace it but there are no direct sub for 2SB89A available (Q4, Q5).
But there was the KA-2000A with the same schematic but completely on a Si transistors.
The Kenwood's replacement for 2SB89A is 2SA565B (C).
The only schematic difference I saw is that caps Ce6, Ce12 250p -> 270p.
So:
Qi1,2: 2SC693 -> KSC1845FTA
Qe1,8,9: 2SC458 -> 2SC1815Y or 2SC2240-GR
Qe4,6: 2SA565 -> KSA1013Y or NTE159M
Qe2,3,5,7: 2SC984 ->KSC2383YTA
