Troubleshooting Sound Issue with Technics SA-6000X Receiver: Sound Fades Out After a Few Seconds of Use

Hi, I have a Technics SA-6000X receiver that has stopped working after a power outage. I replaced some burnt-out fuses and the receiver now turns on, but the sound only works for a few seconds before fading out. Prior to the power outage, I had lost the front left channel and attempted to fix it by replacing the power transistors, but it did not work. I have gone through all the fuses in and outside of the receiver and replaced those that required replacing. I have the service manual and circuit diagrams, but I am unsure of what to measure and how to troubleshoot the issue. Should I measure the transistors inside the circuit? Should I measure between ground and each leg or between the legs (E->C, B->C, etc)? What do the V tables mean? They do not explain how to measure. I have tried measuring the power transistors between the legs and I see a voltage spike from 0V to 50V between the collector and base/emitter, which gradually goes down to 0V again. Any help would be appreciated, as I really like this receiver.

I have also measured the voltage output from the transformer and it appears to be correct and in line with the electrical diagram. However, I am finding it difficult to work on the circuit board as it is not easily removable from the receiver housing. The board is bolted down and connected with very short wires, which would require disconnecting many components in order to remove it.

even so, it looks like a nightmare to work on.
