Trying DIY Phono interconnects

Been looking up info on phono interconnects (turntable to phono stage and phono stage to pre-amp). Decided to go with the new Pro Studio Interconnect cable that DH Labs has along with thier Ultimate RCA connectors. Will be here early next week, will let you know how they come out............

Recieved the DH Labs Ultimate RCA connectors along with the Pro Studio interconnect cable today. Both are very nice. Will try to take digital photo of each but my digital camera is pretty cheap but will try in the next day or so.....:thmbsp:

Bit confiused. You said you were trying DIY cables. Have you done so, and are they better than the DH Labs cables?

Yes, I am going to try to make my own "DIY" phono interconnect
cables using DH Labs Pro Studio Cable and the Ultimate RCA connectors.........The turntable & phono pre-amp I ordered should be here sometime this week or early next.....once I get the gear up and running along with the "DIY" cables I will post a reply here on how things are working out........if they will be "better' then the finished cables that DH Labs sells I really do not know......I don't think they sell a finished cable using the Pro Studio cable but I may be wrong.........
