Yep. Actually it looks like the 100C with the black top plate and strobe window.
Neat turntable. A bit finicky but that's a nice looking example.

Zero-100C sounds right to me as well. I have an original Zero-100. You'll get widely ranging opinions from it being a complete and total piece of junk that eats records for lunch to people that say it ain't bad.
So heres mine: It ain't bad. Properly set up it tracks easily at 1.5 grams and with some cleaning and re-lube work the mechanism works perfectly reliably. Its a bit cheesy and not constructed like the finest machines on the planet but it does actually play a record well and sounds fine doing it. I've had mine for probably 4 or 5 years now and it hasn't skipped a beat yet. I've never not had it cycle exactly as expected.
I would not pay huge money for one, and you should be planning for a teardown and re-lube of the mechanism. Just keep that in mind before you get into this. I spent a couple of hours with mine to make it run right, but I only paid $20 for it. I did pay $70 for the wood plinth it currently lives in though. The plastic thing was just too crappy to keep.
