Tube amp / speaker Ohm question.

Tubes & Klipsch!
As I look into the possibility of getting into a tube amp, the question for me is that most amps may have taps for 8 ohm / 4 ohm speakers, so what would I do having Klipsch KG4's @ 6 ohms?

What are my options?

Try both and see which sounds better.

Seriously. Your speaker varies in impedance with frequency. They all do. The tube amp has 4 & 8 ohm taps, but those aren't absolute. They are just winding ratios, with the secondary side based on the output impedance of the tube. Put a 6 ohm load on the 4 ohm taps, and it reflects a bit more load on the tubes. Which they often like!

There's a lot more, but you can't hurt anything by finding which sounds better.
